Lying on the sea of​the Strait of Bonifacio, Santa Teresa Gallura is a renowned tourist resort of Northern Sardinia, known since ancient times as "Longosardo".

The town developed around two bays, the deeper that receives the Longone Port and the other one bounded by Rena Bianca beach, with its white sand awarded by the Blue Flag since 1987.

The holiday houses Appartamenti Case degli Dei are located in the new residential area that formed the edge of town near the picturesque harbor.
The apartments are located in the residential complexes "Nausicaa", "Poseidone", "Olimpo", "Sibilla", "Calipso", "Le Palme", "Le Perle" and "La Residenza del Porto".

Nearby there is the marina with its beautiful cloister, with its elegant shops, bars, restaurants and a spa with swimming pool is the fashionable meeting of the most demanding tourist.

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:

- until 30 days before the arrival date: no penalty;

- from 29 to 15 days before the arrival date: 30% penalty;

- from 14 to 9 days before the arrival date: 60% penalty;

- from 8 to 0 days before the arrival date, no-show and early departures: 100% penalty.

Policy Check-in/Check-out

This property requires:

- minimum stays of 7 nights with arrivals and departures on Monday. A minimum stay of 14 nights is required from 07/08 to 20/08. 10% extra charge for bookings of only one week during this period;

- reservations within 3 days before the check-in.

Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property, otherwise the reception is not guaranteed. For arrival outside office hours, there will be a surcharge of Euro 50,00 from 21:30 to 22:30; Euro 77,00 from 22:30 to 24:00; Euro 129,00 after 24:00.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Assistance and weekly forfeit (electricity, water, gas): Euro 19,00 per person, children under 12 years Euro 9,50;

- Finishing of final cleaning: Studio Flat Euro 44,00, Two-rooms apartment Euro 52,00, Three-rooms apartment Euro 64,00, excluding kitchenette, kitchenware and bathroom upon gust's care, otherwise there we will be an extra charge of Euro 52,00;

- Deposit: Euro 150,00 refundable at the end of the stay. For departures before 07.00 am the deposit will be refunded by mail.

 

OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Supplement cleaning on the departure day (compulsory only if the apartment isn't clean): Studio Flat Euro 62,00, Two-rooms apartment Euro 77,00, Three-rooms apartment Euro 90,00;

- Supplement Bed linen Euro 12,00; towels Euro 9,00; Set bedroom and bathroom Euro 20,00 per person per week. Kitchen linen not available;

- Cots: Euro 42,00 per week;

- Supplement TV for apartments that already have it: Euro 30,00 per week;

- Supplement washing machine for apartments that already have it: Euro 30,00 per week;

- Apartment with air conditioning: Euro 50,00 per week; free of charge from 23/05 to 29/05 and from 12/09 to 26/09;

- Pets allowed on request: Euro 55,00 for each pet, for extra cleaning.
