In the farm are grown horticultural and fodder plants and fields extend for about 4 hectars. hens, and rabbits are bred. Honey, jams and vegetables in oil are produced and sold. The property alsoorganizes cooking courses.
Agriturismo Le Tre Grazie features four rooms with private bathroom, each one characterized by a colour: yellow, green, red and blue. A two small apartment is also available (on request).

Agriturismo Le Tre Grazie is located at 14 km from the picturesque town of Alghero, the only example of Catalan's civilization in Sardinia. At just 10 km there is the splendid bay of Porto Conte, with Capo Caccia and the famous Grotte di Nettuno, the most beautiful Sardinian marine grotto, and the important ruins of Nuraghe Palmavera.
From Alghero airport: drive on the SS291 for 2 km westbound and in 10 minutes you reach the village of Santa Maria La Palma.

Payment Policy
12% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property. The balance payment should be done by cash only.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Child Policy
Children reductions when sharing the room with two adults:
- Children from 0 to 2 years: free of charge;
- Children from 3 to 10 years: 50% reduction on adult's rate.
