The recently constructed, Gardenia Casa Vacanze complex is located 150 metres from the beaches of the lido at Alghero.
Extending over four floors, it comprises 61 fully furnished apartments. The complex features two types of fully furnished apartments, sleeping 4 or 6 guests. All of the apartments feature a safety deposit box and satellite TV input (with the option to hire a TV set from the residence).
The residence Gardenia Casa Vacanze features elevators, a modern swimming pool (with paddling pool) and a large private car park (parking available on request).
The ground floor plays host to a supermarket and a bar that are run separately from the complex.
The centre of Alghero is located just 1500 metres away and there is a bus service to the town approximately every 30 minutes.

The complex Gardenia Casa Vacanze is located in the town of Alghero, in Sardinia, just a few metres from the wonderful sea and the renowned beaches of Lido and Maria Pia.
From Alghero-Fertilia airport: once out of the airport, turn right towards Alghero. At the crossroads, turn left and continue until the following crossroads. Turn right again and go straight towards Alghero. At the roundabout, take Via Liguria and continue until the third crossroads. Turn left onto Viale Europa. Residenza Gardenia is on your left at house number 47.
From Porto Torres: take the SP 42 towards Alghero and continue on the SS 291 towards Fertilia. At the roundabout, continue towards Alghero. After about 4 km, at the second rounabout, take Via Liguria and continue until the third crossroads. Turn left onto Viale Europa. Residenza Gardenia is on your left at house number 47.
From Olbia port or airport: take the SS 131 towards Sassari until the exit to Alghero. Continue towards Alghero until the end of the 4-lane road and turn right onto the SS 291 towards Fertilia. At the roundabout, continue towards Alghero. After about 4 km, at the second rounabout, take Via Liguria and continue until the third crossroads. Turn left onto Viale Europa. Residenza Gardenia is on your left at house number 47.

Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
Property Policy
RATES INCLUDE: Water, gas and electricity consumptions, Wi-Fi, heating and access to the swimming pool (open from 23/04 to 31/10).
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Check-out cleaning: Two-rooms apartment 4 Euro 35,00; Three-rooms apartment 6 Euro 45,00. The cleaning of the kitchenette is upon guests' care, otherwise a supplement of Euro 30,00 will be applied;
- Tourist Tax (for the first 7 days of the stay): from 01/03 to 30/04 and from 01/10 to 07/11 Euro 0,25 per person per day; from 01/05 to 30/09 Euro 0,50 per person per day. Exempt from payment children under 12 years.

Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires:
- minimum stays of 2 nights from 01/03 to 23/06 and from 09/09 to 07/11, 3 nights from 24/06 to 30/06 and from 26/08 to 08/09, 5 nights from 01/07 to 04/08 and from 19/08 to 25/08, 6 nights from 08/06 to 11/06, 7 nights from 05/08 to 18/08.

Apartment delivery: from 16.00 to 18.00. Please notify in advance arrivals from 12.30 to 16.00 and after 18.00 o'clock, in order to arrange the delivery of the keys.
