The Hotel is located in the heart of the Costa Smeralda, in locality Baia Sardinia, a few kilometers from Porto Cervo. The Club Hotel is about 30 minutes from the town of Olbia which, thanks to the international airport and the port, linked with the main mediterranean ports, is the ideal place for those who arrive in Sardinia.
Reaching the hotel is very simple, you just have to take the SS125 (northbound) following the directions to the Costa Smeralda - Arzachena. Then, just before Arzachena, take the SP59 and follow the signs to Baia Sardinia.

Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Child Policy
Children reduction when sharing the room with two adults:
- Children from 0 to 1 year: free of charge from 05/04 to 22/06 and from 01/09 to 04/11; Euro 25,00 per day from 23/06 to 31/08;
- Children from 2 to 11 years in 3rd bed: free of charge from 05/04 to 22/06 and from 01/09 to 04/11; 50% reduction on adult rate from 23/06 to 31/08;
- Children from 2 to 11 years in 4th bed: 75% reduction on adult rate from 05/04 to 31/07 and from 19/08 to 04/11; 50% reduction on adult rate from 01/08 to 18/08.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
Property Policy
OPTIONAL EXTRA SERVICES TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Baby cot: Euro 25,00 per day from 23/06 to 31/08, free of charge in other periods;
- Small pets: allowed if communicated at booking time, at the price of Euro 30,00 per day.
