Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Child Policy
Children reduction when sharing the room with two adults:
- Children from 0 to 1 year: free of charge from 19/05 to 08/06 and from 15/09 to 30/09; Euro 25,00 per day from 09/06 to 14/09;
- Children from 2 to 11 years in 3rd and 4th bed: free of charge from 19/05 to 08/06 and from 15/09 to 30/09; 50% reduction on adult rate from 09/06 to 03/08 and from 19/08 to 14/09; 30% reduction on adult rate from 04/08 to 18/08.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
Property Policy
OPTIONAL EXTRA SERVICES TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Small pets (max 5 kg): allowed if communicated at booking time, at the price of Euro 10,00 per day.
