The Residence Club Punta Villa is a newly built complex situated in the beautiful National Park of the Archipelago of La Maddalena, where you can find many free bays with white sand surrounded by rocks, easy to reach from any point of the island.
The island of La Maddalena is connected by ferries running every 15 minutes from Palau. The residence is located 600 meters from the town centre and port. In the evening on the promenade you can visit shops and street markets, where you could buy handicrafts. This is the ideal place for nature lovers, boat trips and seaside walks.
The apartments are comfortably furnished and transport guests in the magic atmosphere of the archipelago. All have balcony or equipped patio if in the ground floor, TV and parking.

La Maddalena Island is easily reachable by boat from Palau port. Several companies offer commutation possibilities from the island to the mainland, through ferries conveying passengers and motor vehicles in about 20 minutes, equipped with bar and panoramic deck.

Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures on Saturdays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Please advise for arrivals after 08.00 pm. Unless previously agreed with the property there will be a supplement of Euro 50,00 to settle on property.
Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Weekly Forfeit: Euro 35,00 per person; children 0/2 years old free of charge, children 3/12 years old Euro 20,00. Prices include electricity, water and gas consumption;
- Check-out cleaning: Studio flat Euro 40,00, Two-room ap. Euro 50,00, Three-room ap. Euro 60,00. Kitchenette cleaning upon guest's care or a supplement of Euro 50,00 will apply;
- Deposit: Euro 200,00 for any damage or misuse of the property, totally refundable at check-out. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded as soon as possible to the guests' home address.
OPTIONAL CHARGES TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (on request at time of booking)
- Portable air conditioner: Euro 100,00 per week;
- Pool card (use of the pool): Euro 25,00 per week included deck-chair and white pool towel Punta Villa;
- Daily Maid Service: Euro 10,00 Studio flat; Euro 15,00 Two-room ap., Euro 18,00 Three-room ap.;
- Linen change: Bed/bathroom Euro 15,00 per person, per week;
- Baby cot/extra bed: Euro 30,00 per week from 31/03 to 07/07 and from 08/09 to 27/10. Euro 50,00 in other periods.
