Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be charged at time of booking as confirmation deposit on the provided credit card. Balance amount will be paid upon arrival, directly to the property.
Child Policy
Children reduction when sharing room with two adults:
- Children from 0 and within 4 years old: free of charge, when sharing the room with two adults;
- Children from 4 and within 16 years old: 50% reduction on adult's rate, when sharing the room with two adults.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in 00% of the total booking amount will be charged. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

- Shuttle bus to and from the beach, at fixed times, from June to September;
- Unlimited access to the Wellness Path Cala Moresca (turkish bath, Mediterranean bath, sauna, experience showers, baths with whirlpool, relax with herbal teas - 1h 30 '), subject to availability and upon reservation; slippers and towels not included; children under 16 years old are not allowed;
- Exercise room in Fitness Center;
- Tennis courts (upon availability);
- Indoor swimming pool (25 m) for free swimming (at fixed times);
- 50 m outdoor Olympic swimming pool (from June to September - upon availability);
- Garage (unattended).
