The Hotel Maria Rosaria is a brand new Hotel located in Orosei, a small tourist town along the Central Eastern Coast of Sardinia (90 south of Olbia), in a picturesque setting with charming coves of fine sand, and interspersed with pine woods. A perfect set for both business and leisure stays.

The Hotel Maria Rosaria is within 1,500 metres from the beach and only a few steps away from downtown Orosei. Among its facilities a smimming pool suitable for both adults and children, a Restaurant serving tipical regional cuisine and a Pizzeria.

All rooms are located on a two story building, with balcony, air-conditioning and heating, direct dial phone, TV, minibar and safe.

The Hotel Maria Rosaria is located in the heart of Orosei, seaside locality on the central-eastern coast of Sardinia in the Orosei Gulf. It is 90 km far away from Olbia, and 41 km from Nuoro.

From Olbia: drive on SS131 DCN towards Nuoro/Cagliari until the exit to Budoni/Posada. Continue on SS125 and follow the directions to Orosei.

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Child Policy

Children reductions when sharing the Standard Room with two adults:

- Children from 0 to 12 years not completed in baby cot or third bed: free of charge;

- Children from 0 to 12 years not completed in fourth bed: 50% reduction on adult's rate.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:

- from 30 to 15 days before the arrival date: 10% of the total booking amount;

- from 14 to 9 days before the arrival date: 30% of the total booking amount;

- from 8 to 4 days before the arrival date: 75% of the total booking amount;

- from 3 to 0 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total booking amount.

Property Policy

OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Extra Meals (per person per day): Euro 25,00 from 01/01 to 04/08 and from 26/08 to 31/12; Euro 30,00 from 05/08 to 25/08;

- Beach Service (to require at booking time): Euro 10,00 per person per day (it includes transfer at fixed times, one sun umbrella and two sunbeds per room); children 0-8 years not completed are free of charge;

- Transfer (to require at booking time): From or to Olbia airport and port, car for 1/4 people or Minibus for 5/8 people, Euro 45,00 per person (minimum 2 people) each way. Children within 2 years free of charge. Children from 2 and within 6 years 50% discount. Transfer service for just one person Euro 90,00 each way. For transfers at night (from 20.00 to 7.30) supplement of Euro 45,00 per car, each way. N.B.: In case of no-show, the transfer total amount will be charged in full;

- Pets: small pets (max 4-5 Kg) allowed on request, excluding the shared areas, Euro 10,00 per day + Euro 70,00 for final disinfection.
