Located on the south-eastern tip of sardinia, only 50 km from Cagliari and 1 km from Villasimius, famous tourist destination, the Tanka Village Golf & Spa is a resort set in an exceptional natural environment. Directly overlooking the beach of Simius, famous for its white sand and its crystal sea, it is located within the marine protected area of Capo Carbonara.

The Tanka Village is extended on a surface of 43 hectares, distributed in the vast majority on a flat land, sloping towards the sea, surrounded and immersed in the depths of the maquis shrubland, in which are harmoniously located 903 accommodations between bungalows and apartments. The rooms and the common areas are connected by many alleys, pedestrian and cycle paths, in which is forbidden the transit of cars, that could be left in the spacious free car park situated inside the Resort. The common services are all situated in the central part of the resort, 50 metres from the beach. In the common areas there are no architectural barriers in order to allow disabled people the fruition and the free access to the available services.

It is easily reachable from the main airports and ports of Cagliari and of its province. The Village is 50 km far away from the city center of the Sardinian capital, connected by the panoramic road SP17 to Villasimius. This road allows you to reach the stopover of the Port of Cagliari in 50 minutes and through the road SS554 you can arrive at the Aiport of Elmas-Cagliari, only 54 km far away, reachable in around 55 minutes.

Payment Policy

Child Policy

Children reductions when sharing the room with two adults:

- Babies from 0 to 1 year: free of charge. Baby cot (0-3,99 years old), when requested, Euro 13,00 per day to settle on property;

- Children from 2 to 11 years: 50% reduction on adult's rate.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:

- Until 15 days before the arrival: no penalty;

- From 14 to 8 days before the arrival: 30% penalty;

- From 7 to 0 days before the arrival, no-show and early departures: 100% penalty.
